Delicious and easy!
1 cup pistachio nuts, shelled
¼ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 pinch sea salt
1. Pulse pistachios, OJ, zest and salt in a food processor until blended.
2. Cut dates in half and remove pits
3. Stuff dates with gooey goodness and enjoy!
