Pistachio & Orange Stuffed Dates

Recipe from Elanas Pantry


Delicious and easy!


1 cup pistachio nuts, shelled
¼ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 pinch sea salt
20 dates

1. Pulse pistachios, OJ, zest and salt in a food processor until blended.

2. Cut dates in half and remove pits

3. Stuff dates with gooey goodness and enjoy!

Fun facts!

Did you know dates are high in fiber and are known as a natures laxative? Everybody loves a healthy poop!
And did you know pistachios are high in vitamin E which helps you maintain beautiful, healthy skin!
